How fees work
Service fee: 2.5%
Added on top of each donation and paid by the donor. This supports the platform, security, and customer support. Campaign creators are never charged.
Payment processing fee
Standard payment processor fees apply (Paystack/Stripe rates). These are set by the payment provider, not Fundpeck.
Free for campaign creators
Creating and running a campaign is completely free. Campaign creators receive the full donation amount — the service fee is covered by the donor.
Example
A donor gives GHS 100 — they pay GHS 102.50 (GHS 100 + GHS 2.50 service fee). The campaign creator receives the full GHS 100 minus standard payment processing fees.
